The population is just way too small Agree volume is down recently. But I see it as steady with the same old cycle where dread drops and we enter into a glut, then prices drop. AR’s really are a good indicator of overall market condition IMO. Notice discounts and rebates are also coming back post pandemic driven shortages and pricing.

I attribute it to your favorable SCOTUS decisions and easing laws, the election when favorable also wasn’t the main driver with this trend starting over a year back as rulings started to have effects. With the pricing drop, flippers went away and owner sellers are a lot less inclined to sell. Experienced the election long gone the opposite way, These holding would have sold into the fear increase…so barring a fear driver…don’t hope it to alter much from the next couple years.

Now I know not as many people list on Armslist as a few years in the past since it got pricey. I also look for the E-Classifieds (an Eastman matter) , Guns Tennessee (all free but not many listings), and Gun Owners Club (lots of listings but would seem like mostly the Nashville area). Even the Eastern KY Armslist hasnt had a posting in three days. Boone NC has a complete of 15 listings. Even Roanoke VA is bare bones lately. I dont intellect traveling to obtain a gun that I need, And that i made many excursions to Knoxville over the years which is almost two hrs absent. But any farther than that and its like every day vacation-lol. Nashville is 4 hours from me. 2
